NODE ONE is a remote temperature sensor designed to measure the actual room temperature away from the radiator. It communicates directly with FLOW thermostatic radiator valves via the L2D1 wireless link to improve heating regulation, comfort and room-by-room temperature accuracy.

Remote temperature sensor for accurate room regulation

NODE ONE is a remote temperature sensor designed to improve the regulation accuracy of FLOW thermostatic radiator valves. Installed away from the radiator, it measures the actual room temperature and provides a more representative reading of occupant comfort.

In a room, the temperature measured directly at the radiator can be affected by heat convection, sunlight, curtains, shelves or air drafts. NODE ONE helps FLOW thermostatic radiator valves regulate heating based on a more reliable room temperature.

Direct L2D1 communication with FLOW heads

NODE ONE communicates directly with FLOW thermostatic radiator valves using the Nexelec L2D1 wireless radio protocol. This local communication works without gateway and without LoRaWAN network.

The temperature measurement remains available locally for regulation, making the system more responsive and independent from the building’s network infrastructure.

Precise and regular temperature measurement

NODE ONE automatically measures temperature every 10 minutes. This regular monitoring helps FLOW thermostatic radiator valves adjust heating more consistently over time.

With 0.1 °C resolution and ±0.4 °C accuracy, NODE ONE provides reliable temperature data for professional buildings. Its measurement accuracy is validated by a calibration certificate issued by a COFRAC-accredited metrology laboratory.

One sensor for up to 15 FLOW heads

In rooms equipped with several radiators, NODE ONE can control up to 15 FLOW thermostatic radiator valves in the same space.

This multi-radiator management allows several radiators to rely on the same room temperature reference, helping harmonize heating regulation and improve comfort.

Easy installation and long battery life

NODE ONE can be installed free-standing or wall-mounted depending on the room configuration. Pairing with FLOW thermostatic radiator valves is simplified with a dedicated button.

It operates with 1 replaceable CR2450 lithium battery and can reach up to 12 years of battery life depending on settings and usage conditions. The tamper removal detection function sends an alert if the sensor is removed from its mounting base.
