In order to better track the interest of Nexelec’s prospects, customers and candidates, the file collects all information from visitors to the site relating to identity, professional information and their activity on the site. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, information relating to a person’s racial or ethnic origins, political, philosophical or religious opinions, trade union membership, health or sex life is not collected and is prohibited (sensitive data).

Consent to the processing of a visitor’s personal data is systematically obtained for one or more specific purposes. For example, when filling in a newsletter registration form or downloading a white paper or infographic, the purpose of obtaining the visitor’s email address is to notify them of new publications or to suggest resources likely to interest them. When submitting an application, the purpose of obtaining the candidate’s postal address, telephone number and e-mail address is to make contact either by e-mail, telephone or post.

  1. Data retention

Data collected on the website is kept for a maximum of 12 months for anonymous contacts, after the last activity on the website by the person concerned. At the end of these periods, all data relating to the person will be automatically deleted. With regard to recruitment, unless you request otherwise, Nexelec may keep your personal data on file for a certain period of time in order to contact you in the future about other job opportunities at Nexelec.

  1. Personal law

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the RGPD, any person may exercise his or her right to access, rectify, object to, limit processing of, delete and port data concerning him or her by sending a request by post, signed and accompanied by a copy of an identity document, to Nexelec’s head office address. The data controller will reply within one month of the request for access or rectification.

  1. Data security and processing (Art 32 RGPD)

Nexelec undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the data collected, and to implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures to preserve their security and integrity, in particular against accidental loss, alteration, distribution or unauthorized access.

The data collected on the website and through our service providers Sellsy, Hubspot and Winbound, and the associated processing, are hosted by Sellsy, Hubspot and Winbound. Only persons linked to the marketing and communications department of and its service providers have access to information collected on the site via a personal and unique identifier to the Hubspot platform.
