Do you need to install NEXELEC smoke detectors to replace other brands?

The MOUNT universal mounting base is designed to be compatible with a wide range of detector mounting holes of different makes and models.

Installation of the new NEXELEC detector is simplified and installation time reduced:

It takes just 1 minute to unscrew the base from the old detector and screw on a new MOUNT base in its place.
